Hip Mobility Mastery
During this program, you will learn how to improve the mobility, flexibility, and strength of your hip joints through various myofascial release techniques, joint mobilization techniques, as well as integrative exercises designed to strengthen every region of the hip musculature. Understanding the importance of hip mobility is crucial for athletic performance, as it can help reduce lower extremity injuries, as well as improve overall lower extremity function.
You will be introduced to a series of self myofascial release techniques, static and dynamic stretches, mobility drills, and strengthening exercises specifically designed to target the hip muscles and improve range of motion. By incorporating these techniques into your regular warm up or recovery routine, you will notice significant improvements in your hip mobility, flexibility, and strength over time.
This program can be used as both a warm up prior to activity, or for recovery following activity.
